This pastor died suddenly of a heart attack in March of 2006. We fortunately had stopped our teaching at the high school and were able to devote a full year to the church and it's growth.

But that makes my ministry sound way more than it is. Missions is about serving God one life at a time one day at a time right? I believe God has me in Bolivia because the people here are spiritually hungry and because there are so few chiropractors here. God is faithful to these precious children and sent me because of His love for them.

We strive to lead our people to maturity in Christ, to be a witness in this French community and to win people to Jesus. Caroline van Romondt-Curacao, Aruba and Bonaire
Caroline van Romondt [caroline.vr62@gmail.com]
Learning about God's gift of grace through surrendering daily to Him to help others see the glory of His grace and come to a saving knowledge of Him. I was saved at the age of 20. Jesus has transformed me and the only reason I exist is to glorify Him and make Him known. This I do through counseling those in need, evangelizing through outreaches and personal evangelism, teach and give lectures, I counsel those in ministry or working with organizations like after school care and other types of care organizations. I help with an organization called, Friends for Jesus(Amigunan di Cristo on Facebook) I coordinate teams to come and help us minister and give other groups the opportunity to see God at work in a different culture. Curacao is a very multicultural island, and the people speak four languages, Papiamentu (native), Dutch, (official), Spanish (surrounded by Spanish speaking countries), English (tourism). The main religion is Catholic, and many are still in darkness due to the influences of whichcraft and eastern influences like Rijke, Fengui and many others. Drug dealings is very prominent, because we are the heart of drug trafficking, even human trafficking is becoming more as well to and from South America, America, Europe and Asia. Materialism has become an idol for many and rob many of knowing Jesus personally. Many have already been transformed since He has called me back to Curacao to teach what I have learned.
May I humbly obey and serve Him with Joy. Jesus IS the Way, He IS the Truth and He IS the Life, no one comes to the Father except through Him. We must serve through Him in order to see His power at work.Pray for, and become part of the ministry in Curacao, Aruba and Bonaire.

Wilson & Wendy Paiva: Paraguay
The target of the Paiva’s ministry is to reach the lost with the gospel of Grace and to nurture believers to walk in fellowship with Jesus Christ through solid Biblical teaching.
Wilson and Wendy Paiva are partnering with an existing pioneer church plant in San Juan Nepomuceno, Paraguay. They are leading an evangelism and discipleship outreach that focuses on two areas:
Park/sports ministry outreach: Developing a community park that allows a non-threatening, safe environment in which to meet people and foster relationships. The Paivas organize sports events and other activities for men, women, youth and children that build community by modeling Christian living values such as honesty, faithfulness, and even self-control.
Subsistance living/farm rehabilitation ministry: The Paivas are starting with 2.5 acres of developed farmland 2 miles outside of San Juan Nepomuceno, Paraguay. They are currently raising funds to build a house/meeting room on that site. The vision is to have animals (chickens, pigs, dairy cows) as well and invite down-and-outers to live there to work on the farm for subsistence. The ultimate goal is to study the Word of God/experience first-hand Christian living while there.
Wilson (a native Paraguayan) came to the Lord while in a Paraguayan prison in 1996. The Lord immediately and completely changed his world. Since then his life’s passion has been declaring the Life-giving Truth of the Gospel.
Wilson met Wendy (a native of Iowa) while she was serving in the United States Peace Corps in Paraguay. His powerful testimony brought her into a life-changing relationship with the Lord as well. They were married in Paraguay in 1998 and have three daughters: Olivia (2002), Madeline (2005) and Nicole (2006).
