Ashirvadam (Ashir) & Miriam Mylaram

Ashirvadam (Ashir) & Miriam Mylaram
Great Commission Ministries, which is part of MissionGO, began in 1994 to reach out to tribal areas with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to uplift the poorest of the poor communities and Dalits. GCM (Great Commission Ministries) is a duly registered organization under Indian laws. The organization is registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs New Delhi under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act.1976, wide Reg.No.11/21022/61(47)2003 010230563 to receive foreign contributions from any part of the world any amount.

With a small beginning, we have grown considerably as the need for expansion occurred. Over the past years, we have made a few changes in our approach, while our motto and aim remain unchanged. We praise God for many who could be part of this journey over the last 25 years and for their ongoing prayerful help in showing the light of Christ to thousands of lives.

NEW URGENT NEED:  In faith, we have started building an addition to provide separate accommodations for our Dorm Parents. This is a government requirement. Without it, our Children's Home may be shut down. Please prayerfully consider helping us raise enough money to complete this building. To read more about it, click here.

Dalit Children's Home: We are bringing hope to the hopeless and a home to homeless and poor Dalit children—feeding, giving shelter, and clothing, sending them to school, teaching life skills, and discipling them in the light of Christ. We are building a home, a worship hall, a computer room, a medical dispensary, and a primary school to provide a quality Christian education. We raise milking cows to give nutritious food and are drilling drinking water bore wells with electric pumps for clean drinking water. On behalf of this home and children, please partner with us as it is a privilege given by God to love Him by loving these Dalit children with your compassionate support and donations. Let us join together and bring hope to these neglected, at-risk children to see better-educated and blessed lives in society.

Underground Drinking Water Storage Unit: We are often running out of water for our Children’s Home. We need an underground storage unit to prevent water outages.

Dalit English Medium School: To further help the children in our Children's Home, we have been given the vision of building a school on campus. This school would be open to our children, as well as the poorest children in our community.

New Vehicle: We are praying for a new vehicle for our Children's Home as well as for our Evangelistic outreaches.
